Requirements for admission:
- Must
be a member in good standing of Egypt Shrine
- Must
hold a Honorary Kentucky Colonel's Commission from
the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky

Initiation fee $20.00. Annual dues $10.00

Business meeting 1 hour before the Temple Meeting in
the Club Room
