Owning a 1939
Mercedes Touring car is not necessary for membership in
the Egypt Shrine Classic Car Club. However, an interest
in this type of classic automobile is a common bond that
joins this Special Club's members into a fun group. Many
of the Nobles of this group are the proud possessors of
classic works of automotive art, and are more than
willing to discuss the merits of them with whoever falls
into the trap.
The
Classic Car Club leads off our parades by transporting
the officers of the Shrine down the parade route amidst
the "oohs" and "ahs" from appreciative spectators.
The Nobles
of this Club hold a stellar auto show which is open to
the public and is an event you will not want to miss.
They are
socially knit together through picnics and barbecues
during the year.
The
Classic Car Club is categorized as a Special Club. This
classification allows Nobles to hold membership in ourl
Club with no impact on membership in any other Club or
Unit .

Prerequisite for joining - Must be a Shriner in good
standing

We meet on the first Wednesday at 6:00 pm in the
Card Room

The cost for a beginning member is $20.00 annual
dues

The only special skill needed is to enjoy people
